The run leg gets you to the finish line on the triathlon! You really only need a good pair of running shoes and the open air to get you started.
RTC can take you from being a beginner runner to running fast and efficiently off the bike in triathlon and across all distances.
These are sessions suitable for everyone from those new to running through to experienced runners. It is also suitable for those aiming at all distances from 5km to ultra-marathons. This session will develop your run technique whilst developing your run speed.
