Monday

Bike – 4:55am – Redcliffe Jetty – Scarby loops 

Swim – 5:30am at Northlakes Aquatic Centre

Run – 5:00pm – 6:00pm at John Oxley Reserve, Murrumba Downs.

Tuesday

Swim – 5:30am or 6:30pm at Grace Lutheran College, Rothwell

Wednesday

Bike – 4:45am Crockatt Park, Woody Point toilet block

Swim – 5:30am at Northlakes Aquatic centre

Run – 6:15pm – 7:30pm at Capstone Lake, Mango Hill

Thursday

Swim – 5:30am or 6:30pm at Grace Lutheran College, Rothwell

Bike – 5:30am – 6:30am Speed/Hill Repeats Session in Redcliffe 

Friday

Swim – 5:30am at Northlakes Aquatic centre

Bike – 4:55am – Redcliffe Jetty – Scarby loops 

Saturday

Swim – 5:30am at Grace Lutheran College, Rothwell

Bike – 6:00am F Troop ride (beginner level) leaving Rothwell bunnings

Bike – 5:00am – The Vets — Corner Anzac Ave and Hercules Rd.
